16. Open Design Questions

The following items require design resolution in subsequent GDD iterations:

  1. Keris vs Kerambit primary framing — the Kerambit is the base stealth kill tool; the Keris is the mythic weapon. Ensure the player experience clearly communicates both roles. The hand-off at end of Act I must make the distinction legible without a tutorial.
  2. Amok frequency calibration — Amok auto-triggers at full Rage. Need to define target frequency per playthrough: how quickly does Rage build from sustained damage, and how quickly does it decay? Too fast and Amok becomes routine; too slow and players never see it. Requires playtesting data.
