Production Note
This appendix is the master register for all Codex entries. It is maintained alongside the GDD as entries are written and approved. The register tracks entry status (Draft / Review / Final), assigned writer, and cross-reference completeness. Full content lives here — not in the main GDD body. Section 14 defines the system design and canonical template. Writers should read Section 14 in full before beginning any entry.
